  • Combine resistance and speed work while you pedal through heavy climbs, sprints and jumps to the beat of the music in our Spin class.

    Looking to add in some weighted moves? Pop into one of our combination classes and spend 30 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes off.

    Spin/Arms will focus on your upper body and Spin/Strength will target every muscle with pulses, heavy weights and slow, controlled reps.

  • Strengthen your full body with intervals. Rotate through your upper body, lower body and core using heavy weights while focusing on form.

  • Strengthen and lengthen your body in our full body mat styled Tone class. Follow low-impact sculpting segments and moves that will target all your muscles.

Special Events

  • Steppers is a choreographed, cardio and strength workout. Practice combinations and bring them all together to the beat of the music while working on a stepper.

    This beat based class is designed to connect the movement of the body to the beat. Get ready to sweat!

Pop Ups

  • Sculpt and increase your heart rate with every punch, jab, cross, hook and uppercut combination while working the entire body in our explosive Combinations class.

  • All Abs Baby! Class is focused on building your core with challenging interval burn outs and choreographed movements. Target and strengthen your pelvic floor, obliques, transversus and rectus with a mix of plank work and supine.
